Every unit gives wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto – it works as a full CarPlay radio – plus GPS navigation (van-specific routing apps can be installed too), Bluetooth hands-free calling, WiFi and a multi-language menu; the steering wheel controls are retained. FullHD reversing cameras for the Transit and the Transit Custom are also available in the collection – with a windowless load area they are the key to safe reversing, and together with the head unit they make a complete car stereo with reversing camera setup.
