Withdrawal from the contract

To exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal, please complete the form below. Once the declaration has been submitted we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail on a durable medium. The right to withdraw without giving reasons applies only to consumers (natural persons), not to businesses (companies). The detailed rules on withdrawal are set out in Chapter 7 of our Terms and Conditions.

I declare that I am acting as a consumer, that is, as a natural person acting outside my trade, self-employed occupation or business activity, and that I did not place the order in the name of or on behalf of a business (company). I acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal without giving reasons applies only to consumers and not to businesses (Terms and Conditions 7.22-7.23). I declare that I am exercising my right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of the product(s) indicated above, and that I have read the provisions on withdrawal in the Terms and Conditions.

Other ways to withdraw: you may also exercise your right of withdrawal by e-mail (info@topnavi.hu) or using the model declaration set out in Annex 2 to Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). The product must be returned within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal. The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature of the product.
