Opel Reversing Cameras – what you need to know

Opel reversing cameras in model-specific versions, with FullHD 1080P resolution. The camera fits in place of the factory number plate light, so the bumper does not have to be drilled or cut, and once fitted it is almost invisible from the outside.

At the moment a general Opel version and a camera made for the Opel Movano 2010–2021 commercial vehicle are available. To pick the right one it is worth measuring the width and height of the factory number plate light aperture and comparing that with the product details – measuring identifies the part more precisely than the model name or the model year on its own, because the same housing recurs across several Opel models.

Every Opel reversing camera has a standard RCA video output, so it works with all of our Android car stereo head units: when you select reverse, the picture appears automatically on the screen with guide lines. An RCA video cable is needed to connect the camera and the head unit, available in 6, 8, 10, 15 and 20 metre lengths under Accessories. Our products carry a 2-year warranty.
